Intermediate Project Controls Specialist

The Intermediate Project Controls Specialist creates and maintains project schedules, working closely with the Project Manager and various department leads to assess progress, identify issues, and facilitate solutions. This role involves generating and updating master production schedules, preparing weekly forecasted activity reports, and coordinating with procurement and production teams to ensure timely project delivery. The specialist also assesses change orders for their impact on timing and resources, and communicates any scheduling or cost forecasting shortfalls to management.
