Intermodal Specialist

The Intermodal Specialist supports the overall operation of the intermodal terminal and serves as the primary backup to Terminal Operations Supervisors. This role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable terminal operations through a strong focus on vehicle quality, inventory accuracy, damage prevention, and regulatory compliance. The position oversees daily operational activities, coordinates communication between internal departments and external partners, and manages vehicle damage investigations and reporting. Additionally, the role assists with staffing, training, inspections, process improvements, and customer service initiatives to support the delivery of a damage-free product and maintain terminal performance.
