Intern, Acquisition Finance

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the Acquisition Finance department, gaining exposure to live deals and working directly with senior bankers. The role involves contributing to the origination of new transactions and supporting the credit approval process through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence. Interns will also assist in drafting credit applications and pitch books while building a leveraged loan book for private equity funds in Asia and Australia.
