Intern Fall 2026 Software Developer – Virtualization and SIL Integration

As a Software Developer for General Motors' EXCEL program, you will create and maintain virtual simulation environments to verify embedded controllers for vehicle systems like propulsion, battery management, and chassis. This internship role focuses on integrating Plant models and ECU behavior into dynamic simulations while collaborating with Agile teams to deliver quality test environments. You will work remotely and on-site in Markham, gaining hands-on experience in automotive virtualization and Software-in-the-Loop integration.
