The Real Estate and Analytics Intern supports the HOA & Municipalities team at Amherst by tracking, documenting, and resolving property liens across the firm's single-family rental portfolio. Responsibilities include verifying lien notices, coordinating compliance actions with internal teams, and maintaining detailed records in Salesforce to protect company assets from title impediments.

Responsibilities

Review and validate incoming HOA and code lien notices
Create and maintain lien records in Salesforce with full documentation
Contact lienholders to request itemized ledgers and confirm balances
Coordinate with internal teams to bring properties into compliance
Request and upload lien release documents upon resolution

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
