The Intern HOA Violations & Compliance role supports the HOA & Municipalities team by managing the intake, tracking, and resolution of HOA violation notices across Main Street Renewal's property portfolio. The intern will work within Salesforce to maintain violation records, coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance, and document evidence for case closure. This position helps prevent financial exposure from fines and protects property values by ensuring timely resolution of violations.
