About this role

The SPLC Human Resources Summer 2026 Internship offers enrolled college or graduate students experiential learning within a mission-driven civil-rights nonprofit. The position provides exposure to HR operations and organizational development while supporting the Center’s commitment to racial justice and inclusive workplace culture. Interns will join the HR team for a minimum ten-week summer commitment beginning June 1, 2026.
