MCHS Family of Services is a Michigan-based child welfare organization that provides foster care, adoption, foster care licensing, and independent living services across the state. Their 80‑acre Redford campus houses residential treatment and clinical therapy programs—supporting up to 60 boys ages 5–18—and includes aftercare, education, health & wellness, and children’s activities. MCHS also offers child abuse prevention, teen infant parenting programs, and senior services. The organization operates the Fostering Leadership Academy, Michigan’s first K–8 trauma‑informed charter school authorized by Grand Valley State University.
