About this role
ERCOT's Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to develop technical skills in a fast-paced professional environment while working on real challenges facing the electric industry. Interns are placed across multiple IT and grid-related areas to gain hands-on experience and to work alongside ERCOT employees. This full-time Summer 2026 program runs from early June through the second week of August in Taylor, TX, with interns onsite at least two days per week.
