About this role

This 6-month internship focuses on strengthening the Industry performance management framework by mapping, analyzing, and standardizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the domain. The role involves conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting data lineage, identifying landscape gaps, and developing a central KPI library to improve consistency and reliability. Interns may also pursue an optional academic research component suitable for a Bachelor or Master thesis.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured interviews with industry members and KPI owners
Document KPI definitions, formulas, and data lineage accurately
Identify inconsistencies and gaps in the current KPI landscape
Develop a central KPI library and data glossary
