Intern – Smart Cities

The Intern – Smart Cities is a 12‑week paid internship with Sunshine Coast Council, running from November 2026 to February 2027 with a two‑week unpaid Christmas break. The role involves supporting council projects by collecting, organising, and analysing transport and mobility data, preparing reports and visualisations, and assisting with technology initiatives such as AI, computer vision, and micromobility. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands‑on experience in data analysis, reporting, and smart infrastructure projects.
