Intern - Smooth Way Home

Southwest Human Development offers an internship opportunity for undergraduate students to gain field experience and develop professional skills by working alongside experts in the NICU community. The role involves collaborating with the Smooth Way Home management team to develop a project that builds the NICU community's capacity and satisfies capstone project requirements. Interns will gain knowledge in Early Childhood Education, Family Services, Mental Health, and the nonprofit sector while enjoying a supportive and collaborative work environment.
