Intern - Summer 2026

An Intern at Marsh McLennan Agency will learn and develop practical skills in insurance, risk management, and employee health & benefits. The role is aimed at students entering their junior or senior year (or recent graduates) and provides exposure to company operations and client interactions under the guidance of a mentor. The position is office-based with occasional travel and operates primarily during regular daytime hours. It is a non-exempt, entry-level training role focused on professional development.
