This is an immersive internship program for students pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality or related fields at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos. Participants will gain hands-on experience across various operational departments, including Front Office, Kitchen, Events, and Finance, while developing essential luxury hospitality skills. The role emphasizes learning through direct guest-facing interactions and mastering internal software systems in a world-class multicultural environment.
