Intern

The LJA Summer Internship Program offers a fully in-person, hands-on experience in the Land Development department, running from mid-May through early August. Interns work alongside experienced professionals on real-world projects, gaining technical and professional skills through mentorship and meaningful assignments. The role provides exposure to site visits, field operations, and professional development opportunities within a collaborative, employee-owned culture.
