WDP is seeking interns to gain practical skills and hands-on field experience with active projects, applying coursework to solve building and structural problems under the guidance of industry leaders. The role involves a mix of field investigations and office work to diagnose and develop repair strategies for building deficiencies, supervised by professional engineers and registered architects. Interns will receive mentorship, training on worksite safety, and exposure to project management elements while working with real-life calculations and technical standards.
