First Solar is seeking an Intern to support continuous improvement projects focused on improving yield and wattage for solar panels. The role involves conducting data analysis, investigating root causes, and presenting findings to leadership. Interns will work independently across various groups to collect, organize, and report on observations while learning production floor logistics and supporting lab work.
