This internship supports the ACM & Endoscopy leadership team in developing a structured framework for sub-dealer onboarding, governance, and compliance tracking. The role focuses on improving sales hygiene and data quality by assessing current practices, identifying process gaps, and creating dashboards and SOPs to enhance channel visibility and operational efficiency. The intern will contribute to a scalable onboarding model and actionable recommendations to strengthen channel management and sales excellence.
