Internal Audit Manager

This role involves designing, building, and leading the company's internal audit function, including developing risk-based audit plans and maintaining documented business processes. The position requires evaluating and strengthening the internal control environment, leading SOX-readiness efforts, and managing post-close process integration for acquired businesses. The successful candidate will build out the internal audit team and present findings to the CFO and Audit Committee.
