Internal Audit Manager

The Internal Audit Manager is responsible for leading the company-wide internal audit function and managing all Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) activities. This role involves directing audit staff, developing risk-based audit plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations and IIA standards. The position requires close collaboration with external auditors, the Audit Committee, and senior management to assess controls and drive continuous improvement.
