About this role
The Internal Communications Insights Advisor will manage Shell’s global employee insights programme, using quantitative and qualitative research and digital analytics to uncover employee sentiment and measure the effectiveness of internal communications. The role sits within the Insights and Analytics team of Shell’s Strategic Communications and Brand division and informs communications strategy and senior stakeholders through data-driven insights and narratives.
