Internal Communications Lead

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a strategic Internal Communications Lead to support four key Corporate Functions: Global Strategic Sourcing, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Legal. Reporting to the HR Senior Director of Corporate Functions, the role focuses on developing and executing communication strategies to inform, engage, and inspire the global employee base while cultivating a strong organizational culture. The position requires close collaboration with Executive Committee leaders to enhance executive visibility and ensure alignment on core business priorities.
