Internal Communications Manager

The Internal Communications Manager will shape and deliver internal communications for the Engineering, Technology & Safety function at Rolls-Royce, helping colleagues understand and engage with strategic priorities and engineering expertise. This role involves planning and executing communications strategies, creating compelling content from complex technical subjects, and advising senior leaders to enhance clarity and impact. The position is based in Derby or Bristol on a hybrid basis for a 1-year maternity cover.
