Internal Control Director

This newly created role reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for building the internal control framework from the ground up, extending beyond traditional financial controls to cover operational processes, regulatory compliance, and investor confidence. The position involves establishing a risk registry, maintaining alignment with the COSO Integrated Framework, and defining control standards for critical business cycles. The Internal Control Director will also support continuous operational control monitoring, manage audit readiness, and drive a strong control environment across the organization.
