Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Program Lead

This role leads the execution of the Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program by conducting walkthroughs and detailed testing of controls across corporate and investment operations. The position serves as a liaison with external auditors to ensure alignment between internal testing and audit requirements while assessing and improving the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SOX compliance and public accounting to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
