About this role

A senior-level Interim or Fractional Controller to stabilize, clean up, and redesign the internal accounting function for a fast-growing, venture-backed organization. The consultant will act as the internal Controller on an hourly, contract basis until a permanent hire is made, establishing scalable processes and a long-term accounting playbook. The role is execution-focused with ownership of day-to-day accounting while building the future-state Controller role.
