Internal Controls & Compliance Analyst

This role leads the assessment, documentation, and optimization of business processes and internal controls across the organization, with an initial focus on the XIFIN platform. The position partners with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Compliance, IT, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure processes align with policy and controls are appropriately designed and executed. The successful candidate helps establish a culture of accountability and process visibility while creating documentation that supports operational effectiveness, compliance, audit readiness, and future scalability.
