The Internal Customer Coordinator – Parts Department provides responsive, end-to-end parts and warranty support to internal service organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for parts requests and warranty claims. This role manages parts orders, monitors availability and lead times, coordinates expedited requirements, and administers manufacturer warranty claims to ensure timely resolution. The position helps maintain appropriate inventory levels of critical parts and supports Field Service, Aftermarket, and Data Center Service teams in keeping customer equipment operating.
