Internal Information Manager

The Internal Information Manager leads the strategy, internal systems, and workflows required to collect, manage, and synthesize critical information and analysis across Global Support and Development (GSD). This on-site role in Charlotte, North Carolina, ensures internal leadership and response operations have timely, high-quality information for decision-making during both steady-state periods and active disaster responses. The position involves managing an analytical team, designing dashboards, directing rapid assessments, and producing situational reports to support humanitarian action.
