The Internal Investigator conducts and manages workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, bullying, retaliation, and other Respect in the Workplace policy violations. Reporting to the Manager of Internal Investigations, the role ensures procedural fairness, confidentiality, and compliance while supporting early resolution and providing guidance to participants throughout the investigative process.
