Build the Future is Prysmian’s global graduate program offering an immersive, multi-year development path for recent STEM graduates. The program features a one-week global induction in Milan, a one-year job rotation across Research & Development and Operations, a subsequent in-country technical role, and a three-year international assignment to accelerate technical and leadership growth.
