International Student Services Manager (Associate Director)

Madison College is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented International Student Services Manager to oversee the delivery and continuous improvement of international student services, including recruitment, admissions, student support, and compliance with federal visa regulations. This position supervises and develops staff, manages budgets and external funding, coordinates international student and exchange visitor partnerships, and oversees programming that prepares students for success and promotes global learning. The role works collaboratively with College departments and external partners to ensure effective operations, consistent application of policies and procedures, and a welcoming, inclusive environment for international students while supporting the College’s broader international education goals.
