International Tax Manager

The International Tax Manager at SPS Commerce develops and executes global tax strategies, overseeing compliance, reporting, and planning while managing transfer pricing analysis and intercompany agreements. The role involves monitoring international tax law changes, preparing complex tax returns and provisions in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS, and maximizing tax incentives. Reporting to the Director – Global Tax, this position partners with cross-functional teams and external advisors to support the company's expanding global business and financial integrity.
