International Tax Manager

The International Tax Manager will oversee foreign corporate tax compliance, including preparation of returns, provision analysis under ASC 740, and coordination of transfer pricing and Country‑by‑Country reporting. The role also supports tax planning for M&A, OECD Pillar Two compliance, and tax audit defense while maintaining internal controls and governance documentation.
