Internship - Distressed M&A, Special Situations

Interpath is seeking an Intern to join its Distressed M&A buy-side team in Paris for a 6-month internship, advising companies in special situations on business sale processes, strategic partnerships and investor searches. This role is suited to a Master’s student in the final stage of their studies, who has already completed one or two internships and is looking to develop a career at the intersection of M&A, restructuring and transaction services, within a fast-paced and collaborative advisory environment. There is the opportunity to move into a full-time role at the end of the internship.
