About this role
An Intern within Roche’s GenAI & Organizational Change Management Cluster supporting the Pharma Technical Operations Digital & Operational Excellence organization. The role provides exposure to GenAI technologies, digital strategy, and organizational change management in a global pharmaceutical environment, with dedicated mentorship and cross-functional collaboration. The internship is aimed at current Bachelor’s or Master’s students and is expected to run for approximately 12 months starting March 2026.
