About this role

Citi is seeking motivated students or fresh graduates for a six-month internship within the Markets Control department in Poland. This role involves daily and monthly P&L reporting, balance sheet analysis, and funding rate reviews for a diverse range of financial products. Participants will work on individual business projects under the supervision of the Markets Controllers team to develop foundational finance skills.

Responsibilities

Generate daily and monthly P&L reports for global markets desks
Review balance sheet data across 34 countries for correctness
Analyze profit attribution and key market risk factors
Monitor daily funding rates for transfer pricing calculations
Support control environment improvements and cross-functional communication

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Finance, Banking, Accounting, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Quantitative Methods)Strong command of English (B2 level or higher)
