About this role
Hitachi Energy’s Research Center is offering an internship within the Semiconductor Packaging and Reliability R&D team in Baden-Daettwil, Switzerland. The role focuses on investigating reliability and failure mechanisms of mission-critical power electronic boards in the context of evolving power distribution systems and electrification. The internship lasts 6–12 months and is conducted in a multidisciplinary research environment with mentorship and support.
