Internship

Delaware Electric Cooperative offers a seasonal internship program designed to provide college students with an immersive professional experience in the utility industry. Interns participate in hands-on projects, receive mentoring, and gain exposure to various aspects of the business from May through August. The program aims to help students identify their passions and future career goals within a progressive, not-for-profit cooperative environment.
