The Spanish Interpreter supports the IRC's humanitarian mission by facilitating communication between Spanish-speaking Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals and service providers. The role acts as a language access resource across clinical, educational, and community settings, working both in-person and remotely to ensure equitable access to services.
