The Intervention Specialist (Behavior Interventionist) provides support and intervention to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, working with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to implement behavior plans and promote skill development. The role focuses on enhancing the overall quality of life for those served by building positive relationships and creating a supportive environment. This position requires a compassionate and patient approach to foster independence and community integration for individuals with developmental disabilities.
