Intervention Specialist CMIS

This role provides crisis intervention and behavioral health support to children, youth, and families in home, school, and community settings. The specialist helps families navigate behavioral health crises through de-escalation, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions. The position involves assessing safety needs, stabilizing crises, and developing individualized safety and risk-management plans in collaboration with youth and families.
