Interventionist

The Interventionist provides support to the instructional program by assisting teachers and administration with prevention and intervention services for students with behavioral issues. This role involves coordinating BIST models with at-risk youth, de-escalating crisis situations, and facilitating protocols to address behavioral challenges and enhance student coping skills. The position requires maintaining confidential records, communicating with various stakeholders, and ensuring a calm and supportive school environment.
