Interviewing Clerk

This position involves varied and complex clerical work for the Florida Department of Health, including client registration, interpretation of policies, handling medical records, and data entry of medical services. The role serves as an operator for the call center, scheduling appointments for the integrated health clinic, verifying insurance coverage, and managing client check-ins and check-outs. Additional duties include serving as a Deputy Registrar for the Vital Statistics Program, processing insulin distribution, and supporting various health programs such as Epilepsy Services and FL Shots.
