The UK Power Short Term Trader is a role within Shell Trading’s European Power organisation focused on maximising P&L from a renewables-led UK power portfolio, including batteries, thermal assets and interconnectors. The position sits in the Trading and Supply business unit and supports short-term market activities (day-ahead, intra-day and balancing) without night shifts. It offers exposure to algorithmic trading and cross-border power markets as part of Shell’s global energy trading operations.
