Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist monitors warehouse inventory and performs cycle counting duties to ensure materials are properly verified and accurately reflected in reported inventory. This role involves maintaining inventory accuracy through counting, processing material reports and transfers, and collaborating with purchasing, shipping, receiving, and production teams to resolve discrepancies. The specialist is responsible for establishing cycle count schedules, conducting daily counts, and leading root-cause analysis for variances.
