Inventory Control Supervisor

This leadership role oversees the accuracy of all Work in Progress (WIP) inventory, Material Review Board (MRB) activities, and related transactions within a manufacturing environment. The incumbent provides direction to an inventory team, manages cycle counts, investigates variances, and ensures compliance with non-conforming material standard operating procedures. Additionally, the position involves maintaining consumption forecasts, reporting on performance metrics, and leading team development and hiring efforts.
