Inventory Control

The Inventory Control position is responsible for monitoring daily inventory movements by preparing and maintaining accurate records. The role involves managing the dry ingredient room, ensuring FIFO compliance, conducting cycle counts, and coordinating material staging for production. This position requires operating a forklift, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and utilizing computer systems to track shift information and inventory data.
