The Inventory & Cost Accountant is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and product cost across manufacturing plants, playing a key role in building and stabilizing an SAP-based cost accounting framework. This hands-on role involves owning inventory accounting, preparing manufacturing variance analysis, and maintaining cost data to drive margin visibility and decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with plant operations, supply chain, and the finance team to support financial controls and audit requirements.
