Inventory Lead

The Inventory Lead is responsible for receiving, warehousing, and releasing materials into production, ensuring accurate inventory management and ERP updates. This role involves leading a team, developing talent, and managing departmental operations with a focus on quality, volume, and timeliness. The position requires strong analytical thinking, technical experience, and the ability to propose solutions for complex manufacturing processes. The Inventory Lead also acts as a resource for colleagues, leads small projects, and helps bring team members to consensus on technical topics.
